I absolutely loved the beautiful decorations in the hotel's general areas. The grand chandeliers and elegant furnishings made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious palace. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like me, with ramps and handrails throughout the property, making it easy to navigate.

I would have appreciated a little more assistance from the staff. Sometimes the young ones working there seemed a little too busy and not as attentive to the needs of us senior guests.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, close to hiking trails and in the beautiful area of Karkonosze mountains. The staff is friendly and provides useful recommendations. The rooms are comfortable, with full carpets and a nice view from the balcony. The spa area offers excellent facilities, including a pool, jacuzzi, and saunas. The bar downstairs with a bowling alley adds to the entertainment options.

The hotel had a good location, with easy access to hiking trails and the center of town. Our room was equipped with a fridge, kettle, and coffee supplies. The spa area was a highlight, with a pool and several saunas, although it could be crowded. The breakfast and dinner buffets were also good.

The towels provided were old and smelly.

During my Xmas experience at this hotel, I was amazed by the beautiful view of the snowy mountains from my window. The hotel's central location was very convenient as it was near many shops and restaurants. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.

The parking was a bit pricey, and the beds were too soft for my liking. Also, the gym was small and didn't have many options for a full workout. my stay was enjoyable, but there were a few minor inconveniences.

The room we stayed in was absolutely amazing! It was so spacious and had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The view of the Jizera Mountains was breathtaking too. We felt like we were in a cozy mountain retreat.

Personally, I would have preferred if the room didn't have air conditioning. I like to feel the natural breeze and hear the sounds of nature.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was really nice, and they made sure that our rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing with a lot of choices and even fresh self-pressed juice. The hotel also had a swimming pool and saunas, which we unfortunately didn't get a chance to try, but they looked really inviting. we were impressed with the service and the amenities provided at this hotel.
